Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Policy

Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Policy

  • This Task has been designed for use by all roles. For all roles

This page provides the official NICC Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Standards Policy. The U.S. Department of Education requires all colleges to monitor a student's progress in order to receive federal Title IV financial aid (i.e., grants, loans, and work study). State tuition assistance programs, grants, scholarships, and sponsorships, as well as NICC funded aid, also follow these SAP guidelines (i.e., Kibbie Grant, Vo-Tech, NICC Scholarships, etc.).
